What we collect
When you send our inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number and the details you choose to share about your session. We use no advertising cookies.
To understand how visitors use this site, we use Microsoft Clarity. It records anonymous usage, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling and the device and region you browse from, using cookies and similar technology. Text you type into forms is masked and never recorded. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare your proposal and work with you on your session. We do not sell your information.
How we contact you
When you send our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, WhatsApp and email about your inquiry, your proposal and your session. This includes an automatic email confirming that we received your inquiry.
How often we write depends on your inquiry and your session. Message and data rates may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop any other contact, write to contact@decastrophoto.com. Stopping contact may mean we cannot complete your session.
We do not sell your phone number or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only send promotions if you ask to receive them.
Who helps us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives the form.
- Resend delivers the emails related to your inquiry.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from spam. It checks information from your browser and device to tell people from automated programs. Your use of Turnstile is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you, work with you and keep our business records.
